Hours 8:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m. could be longer depending on the workload
Receive packing scheduled from supervisor. Rack all loins per pallet number and species. Place all information by species on loin rack from pallet tags. Roll Loins into thawing area according to fish type. Record all thawing racks according to thawing temperatures. Remove all racks into chill room once thawing is complete. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Comply with Company policies and safety requirements. Return company issues Thawing gloves at the end of the shift.
