Key Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and interview candidates for light industrial and clerical roles
Manage onboarding, including new hire paperwork, E-Verify, and orientations
Fill open job orders quickly while maintaining quality standards
Track and manage employee attendance, performance, and retention
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees
Coordinate daily staffing needs, call-offs, and shift coverage
Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ year of staffing, recruiting, or high-volume hiring experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruiting platforms
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
