What You ll Do:
- Recruit, screen, and place top talent for client job orders
- Build strong relationships with clients and associates
- Attend client meetings for planning and production updates
- Manage onboarding, orientations, site tours & safety compliance
- Track performance, documentation, and payroll deadlines
- Reduce turnover and boost employee engagement
- Handle employee relations and support investigations when needed
- Maintain accurate job orders and associate records
What We re Looking For:
- 3+ years of staffing or HR experience
- High-volume recruiting background
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Confident handling confidential/sensitive matters
- Passionate, self-driven, and solution-oriented
- Knowledge of employment laws & compliance practices
