As a key point of contact between our associates and clients, you ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth processes, strong relationships, and consistent results.
What You ll Do:
- Recruit and screen well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders
- Coordinate and maintain efficient staffing workflows and documentation
- Serve as the bridge between client teams and SelecSource associates
- Support client needs through meetings, planning, and regular reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client standards
- Conduct orientations, manage onboarding, and oversee documentation accuracy
- Facilitate employee relations, performance feedback, and safety compliance
- Maintain organized, complete, and up-to-date personnel records
What You Bring:
- 1 2 years of staffing, recruiting, or HR experience
- Ability to follow and improve structured processes
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Desire to grow and take on increasing responsibility
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting
