JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Data Analyst supports the division by creating reports and dashboards pertaining to the business (Sales, Financial, Customer Service, and Operations) to support organizational decision making. Develops plans and reports for organizational leaders and analyzes trends and makes recommendations based on those trends. While develop and manage process to provide data quality 



ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Manages and analyzes data on the performance of clients.
  • Fields questions about reporting systems and reports that are used by operations.
  • Develops technical understanding of the HVAC/R industry to act as a resource to business users.
  • Supports the maintenance of the online platform (FastField, etc.) utilized by various departments.
  • Works with management to prioritize business and information needs.
  • Develops standard and ad-hoc reports and presentations to support the dynamic nature of the business.
  • Other duties as needed.



JOB REQUIREMENTS  

  • Strong experience working with the Microsoft Suite (PPT, Excel, Word)
  • 3+ years SQL query is a must.
  • Data visualization PowerBI experience.
  • Preferred experience with Python.
  • Excellent problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work within a team environment in a collaborative setting.
