Now Hiring: Receiving Clerk / Warehouse Associate

Location: Vidalia, GA

Pay: 14.00

Schedule: Full-Time

Join our team! We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Receiving Clerk / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse receiving operations. This position is responsible for unloading containers, receiving inventory into the SAP system, and ensuring all incoming products are accurately processed and stored.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive and process incoming shipments using the SAP system.
Scan and key product information while verifying accuracy.
Verify invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documentation.
Process inventory transfers and adjustments within SAP.
Build pallets and assist with locating inventory in warehouse bins.
Unload containers and assist with material handling.
Receive and sign for deliveries from UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers.
Communicate effectively with the Receiving Coordinator, Manager, and warehouse team.
Complete daily forklift or electric pallet jack inspection checklists.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
SAP experience is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis.
Forklift experience is a plus.
