Reach Truck / Stand-Up Dock Stocker / Cherry Picker Operator

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour

Shift: M- F (7:00 AM 3:30 PM)

We are seeking experienced and safety-focused Reach Truck, Stand-Up Dock Stocker, and Cherry Picker Operators to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating powered industrial equipment to move, store, replenish, and retrieve inventory in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Reach Truck, Stand-Up Dock Stocker, and/or Cherry Picker to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to locate, verify, pick, replenish, and store products accurately.
• Retrieve and stock materials from elevated rack locations.
• Perform order picking and replenishment while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Load, unload, and transport materials as needed.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a Reach Truck, Stand-Up Dock Stocker, and/or Cherry Picker is required.
• Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to work safely at elevated heights.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
