Production Team Lead needed in Lawrenceville.


Job Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Assist the supervisor in leading the departmental safety program, including housekeeping disciplines and the investigation of all accidents and injuries.
  • Responsible to ensure employees work safely, utilize required PPE and follow safety procedures and policies.
  • Responsible for leading the Finishing department s day to day operations.
  • Ensure quality control processes are maintained and practiced, including quality check sheets, are followed daily.
  • Maintain material flow ensuring uninterrupted production.
  • Ensure production schedule is completed on time.
  • Assist the supervisor to train and develop all Finishing employees.
  • Promote and maintain a team environment consistent with company values and principles.
  • Look for ways to help other departments.
  • Communicate clearly and frequently your schedule status to downstream and upstream departments.
  • Display a positive, Can Do attitude be a change agent.
  • Display a willingness and availability to work irregular hours and overtime as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
