POSITION DESCRIPTION
Position Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Topeka
POSITION SUMMARY
As the Marketing Manager, you will lead the alignment of our sales and marketing efforts, focusing on high-level strategies to enhance our presence in the medical, fire safety, industrial, military/defense sectors. This role encompasses oversight of all marketing activities from nurturing lost prospects to executing sophisticated, data-driven campaigns. You will manage content across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging that aligns with our strategic goals. This position offers significant exposure to our executive team and the opportunity to shape our marketing landscape without direct reports.
Key Responsibilities (Primary accountability for specific functions and results)
- Strategic Leadership: Drive sales and marketing alignment with innovative strategies that cater to key decision-makers in the medical, fire safety, industrial, military/defense sectors.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation of engaging content for digital media, SEO, social platforms, and print collateral. Regularly update content to reflect current trends and technologies.
- Campaign and Analytics Management: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns. Use analytics to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage with key stakeholders within targeted Original Equipment Manufacturers, facilitating engagement that position as a preferred supplier.
- Event and Trade Show Oversight: Manage the logistics and creative setup of trade show
booths and other promotional events, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform at a proficient level and to be fully qualified, a person would be expected to have: Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience: Provenmarketingandcontentmanagementexperience;familiaritywith (minimum required) CRM systems and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (minimum required):
1. Exceptional ability in strategic planning, content creation, and digital marketing. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Physical Requirements:
- Able to sit for extended periods of time while conducting work on computer workstations including mouse, keyboard and monitor.
- Able to communicate via phone, e-mail, or in person with internal and external customers.
- Able to constantly move about the facility.
- Able to operate standard office equipment.
- Some travel is required.
