Solid Packers and associated equipment are to be maintained in sound operating condition to achieve production goals. Machines are to be set up and adjusted ready for production. Conduct Repair and Preventative Maintenance in a timely manner as scheduled and ensure all mandatory paperwork is completed and filed as scheduled. Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures. Take ownership and care of company property.

B. SPECIFIC TASKS:

1. All assigned equipment is to be set up and tested ready for operation before each production shift.
2. Complete all Pre-Startup paperwork and file as scheduled
3. Conduct periodic inspection of each assigned Packer throughout the shift.
4. Conduct periodic inspection of associated belts and conveyors throughout the shift.
5. Attend to breakdowns promptly, complete work efficiently and record work done in logbooks
6. Ensure Preventative Maintenance tasks are completed as required and paperwork filed correctly
7. Keep workshop, and workstation areas clean and assist in other areas when needed.
8. Take ownership and care of company tools and equipment, keep clean and secure.
9. Perform any other task as assigned or directed by your immediate Supervisor.
10. Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures.
11. Never put hands in moving equipment!

C. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Experience in industrial field and a quick learner.
2. Able to lift heavy equipments / carry tools and work safely.
3. Worked with Rotating and Packing equipment, Packing Machines experience preferable
4. Able to work any shift including overtime and/or weekends
5. Able to communicate effectively in English.
