SelecSource is hiring a Pack Room Mechanic to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential to keeping equipment running efficiently and ensuring product quality standards are met.
Schedule:
- Monday Friday | 4:00 AM 12:30 PM
- Overtime and mandatory Saturdays as needed
Pay:
- Competitive Based on Experience
What You ll Do:
- Set up, adjust, and maintain packers, seamers, and related production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns
- Operate and inspect seamer equipment (experience preferred)
- Conduct quality checks, including seam inspections
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and production-ready
- Follow GMP, safety, and food quality standards at all time
What We re Looking For:
- Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with seamers, packing equipment, or rotating machinery preferred
- Experience with industrial equipment (forklifts, man lifts, conveyors, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to lift equipment, carry tools, and work in a physical environment
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
