Tradesman Staffing Coordinator
Job Description
SelecSource, Inc is an Atlanta based multi branched staffing company. We are seeking a Skilled Trade Staffing Recruiter to join our rapidly growing team!
This position is responsible for recruiting tradespeople across the country to serve our client's needs.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented position.
This position requires periodic evening and weekend work (from home) due to working against a deadline.
We are looking for a highly motivated, quick learning individual who works well with a team.
This position offers a salary + monthly commission and a comprehensive benefits package.
Salary is based on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in fast-paced high volume customer service or HR experience, recruiting experience, or other related experience
Knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual preferred but not required
