Warehouse Picker/Packer 1st Shift
Norcross, Ga. | Full-Time | Picking & Packing
We specialize in streamlined logistics and product fulfillment solutions. Our team is committed to accuracy, speed, and exceptional service. We're currently growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Job Summary
We are hiring full-time Picker/Packers to assist in order fulfillment by accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products based on order sheets or scanning system
- Pack items safely and efficiently into boxes for shipping
- Label and seal packages according to shipping standards
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate and damage-free shipments
- Restock shelves and maintain organized picking areas
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
- Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs throughout the shift
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures
