Job Summary

We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printing Operator to join our production team. In this role, you ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed apparel and products.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret work orders for screen printing jobs
Design screen patterns according to customer specifications
Select and prepare screens, inks, emulsions, and materials
Load and align screens onto the press machine
Calibrate screen printing machines before production runs
Operate machines and monitor quality during production
Troubleshoot printing issues as needed
Dry, fold, and package finished products
Clean equipment and workstations after each job

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in screen printing (required)
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Comfortable working with inks, chemicals, and manual machinery
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
Fast learner, reliable, and accurate with data recording
Ability to recall and interpret abbreviations/job codes
