Employment Type: Full Time Friday-Sunday (6am-6:30pm)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Ticketing Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately labeling and preparing merchandise for retail distribution. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity while ensuring merchandise is ticketed according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately apply price tags, barcodes, or labels to merchandise using handheld scanners or label applicators
- Verify ticket information matches product details (SKU, size, color, etc.)
- Inspect products for accuracy, damage, or discrepancies before and after ticketing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Work collaboratively with team members and respond to direction from supervisors
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience:
- Previous warehouse, retail, or ticketing experience is a plus but not required
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Basic reading and math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed
