Client Name: Academy Sports & Outdoors Distribution Center

Employment Type: Full-Time | Shift: Friday-Sunday (6am-6:30pm)

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Associate to join our distribution team. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring that products are safely and efficiently loaded, staged, and prepared for delivery to our Academy store locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Load cartons and totes into trailers for scheduled deliveries.
Set up and maintain a clean, organized work area
Shrink-wrap and stage pallets for shipment
Manage and prioritize tasks across multiple shipping lanes
Secure shipments to prevent damage during transit
Arrange cartons on pallets with attention to size, weight, and balance
Follow sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a clean work environment
Work collaboratively with other departments as needed Be flexible with scheduling, including overtime when required
Learn and follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience a plus
Ability to lift up to [25-60 lbs] and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
