Call Center Representative
Position Type: Temporary (January April) with potential for permanent placement
Location: Hazlehurst, GA
Schedule: High call volume; overtime may be available
Work Environment: On-site only (Not a remote position)
SelecSource is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Call Center Representative to support our employment verification operations during peak season. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong phone presence, excellent accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls to employers, references, and organizations to verify employment information
- Maintain a professional and courteous phone demeanor at all times
- Accurately document and confirm verification details in company systems
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of requests
Qualifications
- Clear, professional phone voice with strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume call environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Prior call center or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work overtime as needed
- Proficient computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, etc.)
