Logistics CSR (Temp Potential Long-Term)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $21 $24/hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a temporary associate to support multiple areas of our logistics operation. This role is expected to last 6 months to 1 year, with potential for extension based on business needs.
This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where you will rotate across departments and assist where needed.
Responsibilities:
- Support driver settlement and payroll processes
- Assist with dispatch coordination
- Handle billing and invoicing tasks
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation
- Provide general operational support across departments
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar environment preferred
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas, pivot tables required)
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional attitude
