Warehouse Supervisor

Location:Pooler

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $25.00- $29.00

SelecSource is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing distribution team. This role is responsible for overseeing warehouse staff, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong warehouse operations experience, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct warehouse staff in daily operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Assign tasks based on workload, priorities, and team member skill levels
• Monitor productivity and performance to meet operational and financial goals
• Maintain warehouse organization, floor layout, and housekeeping standards
• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records
• Ensure warehouse security procedures are followed, including alarm systems
• Monitor team compliance with SOPs and safety procedures
• Train and certify employees on the safe operation of warehouse equipment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with operational problem solving
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse, Distribution, or 3PL supervisory experience preferred
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb in/out of equipment throughout the shift
• Ability to operate computers and office equipment regularly
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures (not climate-controlled)
• Occasional work outdoors in varying weather conditions
