Logistics Coordinator

Location:Pooler, Ga.

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $20.00- $22.00

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics operations and provide excellent customer service. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of customer goods through our logistics network, including drayage, warehousing, and distribution.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and ensure timely processing of customer orders
• Create, process, and distribute shipping and logistics documentation
• Enter shipment and order data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Provide proactive customer service and operational support to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues quickly and accurately
• Ensure all shipments are properly documented and invoiced
• Support warehouse and logistics operations as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or 3PL experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain seated or stationary for extended periods while working at a computer
• Ability to regularly operate computers and office equipment
• Ability to occasionally move materials up to 25 lbs in the warehouse
• Ability to occasionally reach overhead to retrieve or store office supplies
