Immediate Openings Production Associates

$13.50/hr
Monday Thursday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

We are hiring dependable Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties include:
Inspect cases for defects. Inspect and maintain accurate documentation. Comply with Company policies and safety procedures.
1. Check in with Supervisor.
2. Collect Blank Green QC Inspected Stickers, Orange Hold Stickers, and an OCME Report forms from the Supervisors office, before you begin your inspection.
3. Retrieve a Rider from the Line leader.
4. Verify Can Code on the case against the Rider.
5. Check the Can code and the Best By Date on the cans.
6. Check the UPC code on the Labels and Cartons against the SKU Table.
7. Verify the correct Can Code, the Carton code, and the Best By Date is printed on the Cartons.
8. X-Ray machine setup and samples test run, checking suspected foreign object product, documenting issues.
9. Inspect cans for defects. (OCME Defect Book)
10. Tag inspected pallets with the appropriate green sticker (QC Inspected form 15.26.QC).
11. Notify Supervisor if defects exceed acceptable level.
12. Perform Line Clearance.
13. Complete all paperwork as required.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
15. Comply with Company policies and safety procedures.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent
2. Minimum 1 year Manufacturing experience
3. Basic math skills.
4. Communication skills.
5. Multi task with minimum supervision.
6. Able to work any shift including overtime, rotating shifts and/or weekends
