B.   SPECIFIC TASKS: 

 

  1. Complete forklift inspections sheet at beginning of shift. Fill propane tank or electrical charge when necessary. Report any problems to Supervisor immediately.
  2. Report to Supervisor, for instructions on day s activities.
  3. Remove all pallets from lines once the pallets are complete or instructed by the Palletizer Operator.
  4. Place all pallet of stretch wrap machine is that all pallets are wrapped.
  5. Remove all pallets from stretch wrap once they have been wrapped.
  6. Provide empty pallets to line when required.
  7. Product that has been placed on hold should be taken to the Quality Control Hold Cage immediately. Pallets to be inspected should be set in designated area.
  8. Place completed pallet in areas designated by Supervisor,
  9. Bite slip sheet lip and pull slip sheet with cases onto the forklift prongs when needed.
  10. Follow forklift safety rules at all times.
  11. When driving in the plant, lights should always be on, seat belt should be worn.
  12. If an accident occurs it should be reported immediately to your supervisor.
  13. When lifting employees a safety cage should always be used. 
  14. Never leave forklift running or forks off ground.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  16. Comply with Company policies and safety requirements.
