Job Description
Position Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout multiple facility areas to ensure a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Front Office Area
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining:
- Ten individual office spaces
- One employee kitchen/breakroom
- Two conference rooms
- Two restrooms
- Main lobby and reception area
Tasks include:
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Dusting desks, furniture, and common surfaces
- Sanitizing high-touch areas such as door handles, counters, and light switches
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
- Restocking restroom and kitchen supplies as needed
Outdoor Mill Areas
Responsible for cleaning and servicing six designated mill zones, each containing:
- Two restrooms
- Two employee break areas
Tasks include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restroom facilities
- Wiping down tables, counters, and seating areas
- Removing trash and debris
- Sweeping and maintaining floor surfaces
- Monitoring supply levels and reporting maintenance concerns
Additional Expectations
- Maintain company cleanliness standards at all times
- Identify and report any safety hazards or repair needs
- Work independently while managing daily cleaning schedules
- Ensure all assigned areas remain presentable throughout the shift
This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple cleaning assignments across a large facility.
