Location: Vidalia, GA
Job Type: General Labor / Warehouse
Pay: $13.00
Schedule: Various shifts available
General Laborers will assist with daily production and warehouse operations while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Perform general labor and production duties as assigned.
* Assist with loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials.
* Operate basic equipment and tools as trained and authorized.
* Inspect products and materials for quality and accuracy.
* Follow work instructions, production standards, and safety procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Assist team members with meeting daily production goals.
* Safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday.
* Follow all company policies, including attendance, safety, GMP, and quality requirements.
* Report damaged materials, equipment issues, safety concerns, or other problems to a supervisor.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
* Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
* Must be dependable and have good attendance.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Must be willing to learn new processes and procedures.
* Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods.
* Must be able to safely lift and move materials as required for the position.
Work Environment
* Fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.
* May require prolonged standing and repetitive physical activity.
* Must follow all required PPE and safety procedures.
* Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, or other typical manufacturing conditions.
Attendance & Safety Expectations
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position. Employees are expected to follow all company policies and procedures, including safety, GMP, PPE, timekeeping, and attendance requirements. Failure to follow company policies may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
