Job Description
Prepare Tuna products for packaging, processing, and distribution. Operate processing equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety standards. Inspect food products for quality and adherence to customer specifications. Package, weigh and label prepared items. Perform sanitation duties to ensure workspace cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain records of completed orders. Report equipment malfunctions to supervisor. Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance.
