Job Description
Sit down and Stand up forklift required
1st Shift: 9am to 5:30pm, Monday - Friday, Must be flexible to work OT and Saturdays as needed during peak season.
Position requires that you have both sit down and stand up forklift experience
What you will be doing:
- Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming truck and stack in assigned places
- Transport materials to production workstations
- Pre-shift forklift inspection to ensure equipment is in good operating condition
- Locating and moving product to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Stack loads in correct storage bays
- Help keep dock area and warehouse floor free from debris
What you should have:
- 1 year experience safely operating a sit down and stand up forklift
- Ability to be at work on time DAILY
- Steel toed work shoes
- Must be able to take direction and work unsupervised
- Ability to pass drug test
- No felonies in the last 7 years, no pending charges and no misdemeanors pertaining to theft or violence in the last 7 years
