Electric Pallet Jack / Walkie Rider Operator

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Electric Pallet Jack / Walkie Rider Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately case picking and preparing customer orders using an RF scanner while operating an electric pallet jack (Walkie Rider) in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will maintain high productivity, accuracy, and safety standards while contributing to an efficient warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (Walkie Rider) to pick and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanning equipment to locate, verify, and accurately case pick customer orders.
• Ensure all orders are picked, labeled, and staged correctly for shipment.
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and performance goals.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy to minimize picking errors and returns.
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures while using warehouse equipment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack / Walkie Rider required.
• Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Reliable transportation with a strong attendance record.

Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to work the scheduled shift and any required overtime as needed.
• Dependability and punctuality are essential.
