Customer Service Representative
MARIETTA, GA 30060
Fast-paced, high volume distributor located in Marietta, GA has an immediate opening for an In-Bound Call Center Customer Service Representative. This department is responsible for taking customer calls, resolving customer issues, entering customer orders, checking orders and working with Sales Reps on a daily basis.
Qualified Candidates will have the following characteristics:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment working in a heavy call volume call center environment taking inbound calls at a rapid pace.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook;
- Able to multi-task, learn and retain new information;
- Detailed oriented and self-motivated;
- Able to work independently and be a Team player;
- Must be able to handle heavy and consistent call volume.
- Spanish speaker preferred but not required.
- Assist customers with placing orders, faxing or emailing invoices;
- Work with Sales Reps to process their requests:
- Enter orders into the database;
- Log Customer complaints;
- Correctly enter and check orders;
- Work with other Departments within the Company to meet the customer's needs.
- Experience handling International shipping paperwork a plus.
Minimum High School Education or GED + Associates Degree in Business or related field. Must be articulate, able to handle heavy call volume and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
