Call Center / Sales Representative
Location: McDonough, Ga.
Job Type: Hybrid
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift (9:00AM TO 6:00PM)
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Call Center / Sales Representative to join our team! This is a hybrid position, with training and onboarding beginning in the office before transitioning to a hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and provide excellent customer service
- Follow established scripts and call cadence
- Multi-task while managing multiple customer interactions and systems
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Meet performance and sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
Requirements
- 1 3 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Comfortable following scripts and established processes
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Strong computer skills
- Bilingual candidates are welcome!
