SelecSource is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Branch Manager to join our team and lead our McDonough branch. As the Branch Manager, you ll be at the helm of growing our business, building strong client relationships, hitting sales goals, and ensuring smooth operations at the McDonough office.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Build Relationships: You ll develop meaningful connections with clients and prospects through phone calls, visits, and consultations, delivering solutions that meet their staffing needs.
• Drive Growth: Lead business development initiatives to generate new business, exceed sales targets, and manage order fulfillment.
• Lead the Team: Inspire and manage the branch team, from recruitment to performance reviews, and create a high-energy, productive environment.
• Own the Numbers: Create a profitable branch through managing expenses, projections, and strategic gross profit initiatives.
• Sales Excellence: Consistently prospect, pitch, and close new business, including cold calls and face-to-face interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new client opportunities, maximizing revenue and profitability through effective strategies.
• Client Relationships: Engage and retain clients by offering ongoing support, understanding their needs on a strategic level, and becoming a trusted partner.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to your team, driving urgency and excellence in business development and customer service.
• Visibility: Network in the community, representing SelecSource at business events and industry associations to elevate our brand.
• Accountability: Work closely with the accounting team to manage credit and collections, while maintaining personal rapport with clients to resolve any outstanding issues.
