JOB SUMMARY:
  • Handle all customer service or inside sales interactions with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about HVACR products and services.
  • Interact daily with customers via phone, fax, and email; process and manage orders and corrective transactions
  • Quote price, availability, and delivery status
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries, issues or complaints and provide prompt resolution
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (outside sales, shipping, accounting, etc.)
  • Expected to analyze, interpret, or make decisions to resolve internal and external issues

' REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
  • High level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work accurately
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment; must have MS Office knowledge and experience (outlook, excel, word)

EDUCATION - 2-5 year college/technical degree or equivalent work experience

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 3+ years experience in a customer focused position
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly idenify and understand customer issues and provide timely resolution
  • Demonstrated logical reasoning, situational and time management while presenting a positive attitude with customers and co-workers.
