Job Description
A. KEY RESULTS: Remove fish loins from rack. Be sure of correct loins. Place on table to be split. Return empty racks to thawing area. Wash fish racks and fish baskets as needed. Maintain a clean work area. Comply with Company policies and safety procedures. Never put body parts inside of moving equipment, this act may lead to possible amputation. B. SPECIFIC TASKS: (Describe the tasks in as detailed steps as possible) 1. Check in with supervisor for work schedule and fish type 2. Follow production schedule 3. Be sure of correct loins to be used 4. Place loin on the table for splitting until all loins are used from rack 5. Place loins onto table according to species 6. Return all empty racks to thawing area 7. Any broken racks should be set aside and reported to supervisor 8. Work closely with rack director for changes, temperatures, and times 9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor 10. Chain glove is to be worn at all times while using cutting knife. 11. Cutting knife is to be signed out with bag room 12. Comply with Company policies and safety requirements
